1.Wear your aligners for at least 20-22 hours a day.

2. Change your aligners once in 7-14 days based on your orthodontists advice.

3.Never chew into hard food while wearing the aligners.

4.Brush the aligners and your teeth twice daily, with brush and paste and rinse with room temperature water.

5.Every time you change your aligners, mild discomfort for two days is common.

6.After successful completion of aligner or Invisalign treatment its important to continue with the retainer wear for the prescribed time period.
